Noise Texture Node¶
The Noise Texture is used to add procedural Perlin noise texture, similar to the Clouds texture in Blender Internal.
Inputs¶
- Vector
- Texture coordinate to sample texture at; defaults to Generated texture coordinates if the socket is left unconnected.
- Scale
- Overall texture scale.
- Detail
- Amount of noise detail.
- Distortion
- Amount of distortion.

This node has no properties.
Outputs¶
- Color
- Texture color output.
- Factor
- Texture intensity output.
